A: That’s completely okay,this form is not a final product. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve everything before we go live. If you realize something needs to be updated or clarified, just reach out to our team at any point during the onboarding process. We’re happy to make changes and ensure everything is accurate before we start handling your calls.

Q: Once I submit the form, what are the next steps?
A: Once you submit the form, our team will review all the information you’ve provided. As long as we have everything we need, we’ll begin building your custom intake forms. After the forms are complete, we’ll send them to you for final review and approval before anything goes live.
